Hello everybody! I'm glad you're visiting my site.
The March of Dimes annual fundraiser, WalkAmerica, is approaching quickly. The March of Dimes provides funding for research, education, and programs to improve the health of babies. As a lot of you may know, I had some health problems when I was born. This resulted in me being in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) for a few weeks. The doctors, nurses and staff were wonderful to me. They gave me the care and attention I needed so that I could come home. Most people don't think their new baby will need this type of care, but it does happen unexpectedly. In honor of me and the excellent progress I have made we are forming a team to participate in WalkAmerica. Hopefully our small effort will help other families just as we were. If you are interested in joining TEAM RILEY, let us know. We would love to have everyone who is willing to join in. If you are unable to walk but able to donate money, that's great too! The walk is Sunday, April 25 at 12:30 at the UT Agricultural Gardens. If you want to help out let my mom or dad know.
We are ordering matching t-shirts. They will cost $10. If you raise $100 you will get a free WalkAmerica shirt. It will be a lot of fun!
